I thoroughly enjoyed the first one out of nostalgia. T he second one was super dumb. I still went to the 3rd one in the theater anyway, and it was a little less dumb if only because it lacked the stupid jive-talking little robots and giant robot balls from the 2nd one. Even after that, I went to the 4th one, and while I didn’t straight up walk out of the theater, I definitely questioned my decision during the movie.

My wife is totally into Bumblebee and the movie T ransformers.

I’m guessing this is because she had no prior Transformers experience.

Agreed. When I first saw it transform from the old one to the new one in the 2007 movie I was blown away and thought it was such a cool car.

Admittedly, I have not watched any trailers for this, not do I intend to see it. However, I will say, that based on the thumbnail above, it looks like His tires are beginning to feather slightly and he should probably get his alignment  checked. I'm sure all those fights and transformations wreak havoc on his suspension geometry.

I have to say that when she’s under the car and he turns into a robot her reaction isn’t close to real. I know I’d have hauled my ass right out of there.

That actually looks good, hopefully the actual movie is not a flaming pile of shit.  I’ve been let down before, but I didn’t see Mike Bay’s name on the trailer....so higher hopes.
